The cliff here is located inside the Nagarjun forest reserve suitable for both beginners and wall rats. The limestone rock face is about 12-15 m high and bears the remnants of earlier climbs.Shivapuri hill, to the north of Kathmandu, have a fine rock wall on its slope. This is the valley's second highest mountain and a hike here is complete with village life, a Buddhist monastery, virgin oak and rhododendron forests and grand mountain views. This is also a protected watershed area and you may choose to visit the source of the Bagmati River. The summit of Shivapuri also commands a spectacular view of Ganesh Himal (7,111m), Langtang Lirung (7,245m) and Dorje Lakpa (6,966m). Your rock-climbing trip here can combine all these experiences.

Detail Itinerary of Nepal Rock climbing

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m.)
You will be received by our representatives and will be transferred to hotel. After checking into our rooms, stay Overnight in hotel Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing tour.
Half day Kathmandu valley sightseeing tour of three places: Kathmandu: Swayambu Nath Stupa, famous hindu Temple of Pashupatinath and buddhist pilgrims of Bouddhanath Stupa , Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Kathmandu valley Rock climbing tour.

Day 04: Kathmandu to Changunarayan to Nagarkot.
Bhaktapur sightseeing and drive to Changunarayan and walk 3 hours to Nagarkot,stay at Nagarkot.

Day 05: Sankhu to Kathmandu.
Walk 3 hours to sankhu and drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 06: Final Departure from Kathamandu.
